San Antonio’s Postpartum or Mommy and Me Yoga Class

Gentle yoga with mom and her kid/kids to help with their mobility and quality of life. Connect both emotionally and physically with your baby. Help your baby perform simple stretches with playful music and some simple props are thrown into the mix to engage and stimulate the minds of your little ones.
